What are we looking for

An experienced Maintenance Coordinator with leadership skills to oversee maintenance strategies, ensure vessel reliability, and manage compliance and performance across our fleet of AHTS and PSV vessels.

What you will be doing

• Developing and executing preventive maintenance plans.
• Managing maintenance KPIs and leveraging data insights.
• Improving ERP system functionalities.
• Coordinating spare parts planning and export compliance.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance (Class, flag, audits).
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Providing technical guidance to onboard and shore teams.
• Managing maintenance budgets and lifecycle assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering or similar.
• Chief Engineer license or significant offshore maintenance experience.
• 8+ years in leadership roles within relevant fleets.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like IFS.
• Hands-on technical expertise preferred.
• Knowledge of offshore vessel systems and regulations.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
