Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a skilled engineer to support subsea equipment maintenance, repair, and modification within the Controls discipline. You will deliver safe, high-quality engineering solutions and collaborate with customers, factory, and maintenance teams.

The role requires CREA registration, strong documentation and SAP knowledge, and at least intermediate English (B2+). You will handle medium-complexity problems and contribute to process improvements in a growing marine-technology

Qualificações

• Engineering degree with active CREA registration.
• Experience in subsea equipment maintenance/repair/modification.
• Ability to work autonomously on medium-complexity activities.
• Strong analytical thinking, organization and prioritization.
• Effective communication with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation and international standards.
• Familiarity with SAP and engineering document release processes.
• Proactive mindset, collaboration and commitment to quality and safety.
• Intermediate English (B2+).
• Lean knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support maintenance, repair, and modification activities for subsea equipment within Controls.
• Deliver safe, efficient engineering solutions supporting business and customer needs.
• Attend routine management meetings with internal customers.
• Support resolution of medium-complexity technical issues.
• Prepare commercial proposals by estimating engineering hours.
• Define engineering solutions for factory interruptions related to SAP releases.
• Prepare initial maintenance scopes for manufacturing and planning.
• Document technical assumptions and dispositions per requirements and standards.
• Participate in discussions for failure investigations involving maintenance and manufacturing.
• Follow up on improvement initiatives that may change processes.
• Prepare engineering documents in compliance with release processes.
• Work closely with customers, factory, maintenance, quality, safety, and other interfaces.

• Support maintenance, repair, and modification activities for subsea equipment within the Controls discipline
• Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality engineering solutions supporting business and customer needs

• Define engineering solutions for factory interruptions related to mapped engineering causes in SAP and the help chain process
• Prepare initial maintenance scopes for manufacturing and maintenance planning
• Document technical assumptions and dispositions according to customer requirements, technical specifications, and applicable international standards
• Participate in technical discussions for failure investigations involving maintenance, modification, repair, and manufacturing of tools and equipment
• Follow up on improvement initiatives that may generate process changes
• Prepare engineering documents in compliance with TCE release processes
• Work closely with customers, factory, maintenance, quality, safety, and other technical interfaces

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with active CREA registration
• Experience in subsea equipment maintenance, repair, or modification, preferably within the Controls discipline
• Ability to work autonomously on medium-complexity engineering activities and technical problem-solving
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and prioritization skills
• Effective communication with customers and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of engineering documentation, technical specifications, and applicable international standards
• Familiarity with SAP and engineering document release processes
• Proactive mindset, collaboration, and commitment to quality and safety
• Intermediate English level (B2 or higher)
• Lean knowledge and experience supporting customers, manufacturing, and maintenance operations are a plus
