We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist in Brazil to coordinate with logistics providers, manage customs clearance, assist KAMs with declarations (NCM codes), and prepare transportation documents.

Responsibilities

• Consult with the sales department on logistics and customs issues
• Assist with logistics and customs cost calculations
• Classify NCM codes
• Prepare import documentation for goods entering Brazil
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, forwarders, and customs brokers

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in logistics or customs brokerage services
• Knowledge of NCM code classification
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Macros
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
