LANXESS in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a Logistics Cost Accountant to ensure accurate accounting of transportation-related costs and to support cross-functional teams in a global environment.

The role emphasizes reviewing expenses, validating classifications, and allocating costs to the correct businesses, while working with internal teams and external service providers to improve financial and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, international trade, and invoice validation processes.
• Knowledge of Excel, SAP, transportation processes, and Accounts Payable.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accuracy and proper accounting of transportation-related logistics costs.

This position is part of the Logistics team and offers the opportunity to work in a global environment, supporting North American operations in close collaboration with the U.S. team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and proper accounting of transportation-related logistics costs, making sure that expenses are reviewed, validated, classified, and allocated correctly to the respective businesses.

Working closely with internal teams, logistics service providers, and support functions, you will also contribute to the efficiency of the financial and operational processes across the supply chain, supporting decision-making and operational excellence.

Work Experience
