Wego Chemical Group is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil, to lead complex logistics operations across domestic and international scopes, from order entry to delivery.

You will negotiate logistics contracts, coordinate documentation with Finance and Regulatory teams, and monitor KPIs using Oracle Cloud, Office 365, Salesforce, Copilot, and BI tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate studies preferred.
• Fluent English for daily business communication.
• 5+ years of experience in multimodal logistics.

Job Summary

The Logistics Analyst leads complex logistics operations across domestic and international scopes, managing all stages from order entry to delivery. Responsibilities include strategic negotiation of logistics contracts, proactive customer communication, documentation coordination with Finance, and compliance support for Quality and Regulatory teams. The analyst monitors strategic KPIs and leverages Oracle Cloud, Office 365, Salesforce, and Copilot to optimize performance and ensure transparency.
