Qualificações

The Logistics and Foreign Trade Analyst will operate in a regulated and strategic environment, integrating planning, logistics, and foreign trade activities within medical equipment operations.

This role plays a key part in ensuring service level performance, regulatory compliance (Anvisa), and operational efficiency, covering activities from demand and inventory planning through to the execution of import and export operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning and monitoring inventory levels, coverage, turnover, and stockouts across branches
  • Execution and control of import and export operations for medical and hospital equipment
  • Management of logistics and planning KPIs (OTIF, lead time, forecast accuracy, service level, and costs)
  • Planning and oversight of transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities
  • Interface with carriers, logistics service providers, suppliers, and manufacturing plants
  • Analysis, verification, and management of international documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Import License, LPCO, DI/DUIMP, DUE, certificates, etc.)
  • Ensuring customs and sanitary compliance, with strong interaction with Anvisa and other regulatory authorities
  • Monitoring customs clearance and import licensing processes
  • Control and optimization of logistics, tax, and warehousing costs
  • Monitoring timelines (ETD, ETA, and sanitary/customs releases)
  • Acting in the resolution of operational deviations and supporting action plans
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers
  • Integrated collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Planning, and Accounting teams
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) — mandatory requirements
  • Proven experience with ERP systems — TOTVS will be considered a significant advantage
  • Ability to analyze and process data to produce management and executive reports
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in foreign trade, preferably within the medical, hospital, or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Experience in logistics and/or demand and supply planning
  • Solid knowledge of regulated import and export processes
  • Hands-on experience with Anvisa requirements, LPCO, import licenses, and technical documentation
  • Strong knowledge of customs legislation, Incoterms, and special customs regimes
  • Experience in the Medical Devices sector is considered a strong advantage
  • Proactive, analytical, and well-organized profile, with strong deadline orientation
  • Strong teamwork skills and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Languages
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for communication with the global headquarters
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in companies within the healthcare or medical equipment sector
  • Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and commercial data analysis
  • Knowledge of DUIMP and the New Import Process
WORK MODEL

This position is offered under a hybrid work model, with 2 to 3 on‑site days per week at our São Paulo, SP office. The remaining days may be performed remotely.
