Overview

ADP is hiring a Lead Data Scientist. You'll work in a geographically distributed team developing processes and tools to analyze and proactively detect insights. You will code with machine learning tools like Python and AWS to synthesize millions of data sets into patterns that support and enhance the process.

What You’ll Do

• Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling: formulate analytical problems, extract and analyze data from multiple systems, summarize critical findings, and develop a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Own and Manage Projects: identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects.
• Limitless Possibilities: continuously learn and discover new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and uncover more insights.
• Collaboration and Communication: present your projects and findings to peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English skills.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with IDEs and version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and data science methods.
• Experience with machine learning model development and deployment.

Bonus Points

• Formal education or previous experience with statistical analysis.
• Experience with time series analysis and forecasting.
• Experience with anomaly detection.
• Fluency in Python and its popular data science packages.
• Exposure to Jupyter notebook and/or Databricks platform.

Work Model

Office based/presential with the possibility of working from home up to two times per week. Availability to work in a hybrid work model is required.
