Globant is seeking Senior Data Scientists who own end-to-end data-driven products, including Generative AI and agentic systems. You will deploy high-performance predictive models for financial applications such as Fraud, AML, Churn, and Lead Scoring.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Python and SQL skills, distributed pipelines (PySpark), and ML Ops. You will bridge technical solutions with business needs in regulated environments and mentor junior engineers.

We are seeking Senior Data Scientists who are passionate about technical ownership, innovation, and end-to-end delivery of data-driven products. Whether driving Generative AI and agentic transformations or engineering high-performance predictive models for core financial applications (such as Fraud, AML, Churn, and Lead Scoring), these roles are critical in helping our strategic partners scale production-ready AI solutions from concept through deployment.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Fluent English (B2 – Upper Intermediate or higher), with confidence to communicate, present demos, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong technical leadership background, code quality mindset, and end-to-end product ownership.
• Solid Core Fundamentals: Strong background in mathematics, statistics, Python, SQL, and data science fundamentals.
• Hands-on ML & Distributed Pipelines: Proven experience building, deploying, and monitoring end-to-end Machine Learning products in production, with practical expertise in distributed environments (PySpark) and MLOps (model drift, versioning, automated retrain pipelines).
• Generative AI & Agentic Systems (Key Advantage): Practical exposure or strong architectural knowledge in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, crewAI).
• Business Context & Data Governance: Ability to bridge technical solutions with business needs, assisting with backlog refinement, data quality, and data stewardship in regulated enterprise environments.
• Technical Advisory & Mentorship: Ability to act as a technical reference for clients while mentoring junior team members through code reviews, standard definitions, and engineering best practices.
