Amazon Inc. seeks a strategic regional HR Leader (HRBP) to partner with LATAM executive leadership across Mexico, Brazil, and Costa Rica, guiding organizational health, culture, succession planning, and leadership development to scale the business with agility.
You will design globally consistent HR initiatives with local relevance, ensure labor-law compliance, and lead data-driven insights to improve retention and performance while fostering an inclusive environment.
We are looking for a strategic regional HR Leader (HRBP) who will partner with the executive leadership of the Latin America Advertising business, covering Mexico, Brazil, and Costa Rica, with a potential expansion into other marketplaces.
You will provide guidance and support on topics related to organizational health, culture, talent succession planning, executive development, and organizational transformation and planning for the future. You lead the design and implementation of globally consistent HR initiatives, tailored with local insight to ensure relevance and impact. From building future-ready org structures to driving bar-raising leadership capability, you enable the business to scale with agility and precision.
You foster inclusive, locally resonant cultures aligned with Amazon’s Leadership Principles, while ensuring compliance with diverse and complex labor laws. Your work balances global alignment with regional expertise.
You work on and collaborate with an international HRBP team that are located in the US, Canada, APAC, MENA, EU, and LATAM. We come from a diverse background, and we operate with a global mindset.
