• Carry out physical-chemical tests on the product at the different stages of manufacture, up to the finished product, as well as on other chemical and additive substances used, in accordance with the established test methods;
• Release and make available finished products after analyzing compliance and specifications.
• Check, standardize, and test laboratory equipment in accordance with internal procedures and work instructions, ensuring the reliability of results.
• Prepare the standard solutions needed to carry out the tests, maintaining a strong commitment to quality.
• Store and keep all samples of carbon black, additives, raw materials, and other samples in an organized and well-identified manner, in accordance with internal procedures.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the work area.
• Report immediately to the relevant departments any discrepancies found in the physical-chemical results in relation to the specifications.
