They are building a lean, performance-oriented team focused on scaling with excellence and precision. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a tech-savvy specialist to build, manage, and optimize the backend infrastructure of their marketing and sales funnels.
As a Funnel Technician & CRM Specialist, you will own the end-to-end execution of marketing funnel builds, sales automations, and CRM operations. This role is ideal for a detail-obsessed systems thinker who thrives in high-velocity environments, is confident working across platforms like GoHighLevel and HubSpot, and knows how to translate marketing strategies into seamless, automated systems.
You’ll be responsible for launching 12 new funnels each month, maintaining full CRM integrity, optimizing performance, and ensuring every piece of the pipeline—from lead capture to conversion—is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Build and deploy landing pages, opt-in forms, thank-you pages, and checkout sequences
- Accurately implement marketing copy and design elements in collaboration with the creative team
- Quality check every funnel—ensuring links, automations, and integrations work flawlessly
- Track performance metrics such as opt-in rate, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rate
- Launch 12 new funnels monthly, while iterating and improving existing ones
- Manage GoHighLevel and HubSpot CRM systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Build and troubleshoot automation workflows for email, SMS, reminders, and lead nurturing
- Implement segmentation, tagging, and pipeline organization across the user lifecycle
- Maintain data hygiene—ensuring all contact records are accurate, tagged, and up-to-date
- Track and report weekly on funnel and lead flow performance
- Maintain internal dashboards for real-time insights and executive visibility
- Regularly audit funnel flows and automation pathways to identify breakdowns or inefficiencies
- Recommend and implement smart optimizations to improve conversion and operational flow
- Funnels launched within a few business days of receiving briefs
- Automation reliability maintained at 99%+ uptime
- Weekly performance reports delivered with clarity and actionable insights
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building funnels for digital products, coaching, or online education
- Advanced skills in GoHighLevel and HubSpot (confident in both)
- Strong knowledge of sales automation, CRM workflows, tagging, segmentation, and user journeys
- Experience collaborating with marketing, design, and copywriting teams
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across CRM, email, landing pages, and integrations
- Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and resourceful when solving technical problems
- Monday–Friday availability with consistency in core working hours
- Daily communication via Slack and async updates
- Occasional weekend availability during key campaign launches
- Salary Range: $2,200–$2,500/month (negotiable based on experience)
- Fully remote B2B contract, PST time zone
