This position is part of the Brazil Sales Team located in São Paulo (Capital) and will be remote.

In this role, your main responsibilities include:

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through sales delivery, support assistance, product demos, installations, and customer training.
  • Prioritize solution allocation to customers by collaborating across departments. Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
  • Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence in territories.
  • Provide commercial sales support through Voice Of Sales & Voice Of Customer initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) for assistance in installing and setting up instrumentation in customer laboratories, perform demonstrations, and provide first-level support.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience
  • Required Skills:

Proven experience with Key Accounts and influence with key decision-makers.

Experience in contract negotiation and high-level selling, especially in a matrixed environment.

Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software.

  • Travel: 50-75%

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel overnight for territory coverage and company meetings, both locally and internationally.
