The ideal candidate will have experience with key accounts, contract negotiation, and CRM software. This position requires travel of 50-75% for territory coverage and company meetings.

This position is part of the Brazil Sales Team located in São Paulo (Capital) and will be remote.

In this role, your main responsibilities include:

  1. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through sales delivery, support assistance, product demos, installations, and customer training.
  2. Prioritize solution allocation to customers by collaborating with all relevant departments. Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
  3. Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.
  4. Provide commercial sales support through Voice of Sales & Voice of Customer initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) for assistance in installing and setting up instrumentation in customer laboratories. Perform demonstrations and first-level support.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Required Skills:

Proven experience with Key Accounts and influence with key decision-makers.

Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, especially in a matrixed environment.

Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.

  • Travel: 50-75%

Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage and company meetings (locally and internationally).
