Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in financial routines, specifically accounts payable.
• Knowledge of SAP, Finnet, and GSW Payments is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Validate information for scheduling various payments, including TED (electronic transfers), boleto (bank slip), taxes, etc.
• Address inquiries from external suppliers via email.
• Adjust accounting differences related to payments when necessary.
• Prepare various reports according to department needs.
• Knowledge of payment scheduling via VAN (Value-Added Network) and banks' internet banking platforms.
• Bank reconciliation.
