Jobtailor in Porto Alegre, Brazil, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst intern who will support the finance team’s day-to-day operations and help ensure accurate processing of invoices.

You will monitor errors, assist with month-end closings, and maintain internal controls while communicating with suppliers and internal staff.

We value proactivity and ownership; a bachelor’s student in finance or related field with strong Excel skills is preferred.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in finance or invoice analysis (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel.
• Proactive, with an ownership mindset and a results-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control the area's operational performance.
• Monitor reported errors, ensuring they are addressed and corrected in a timely manner.
• Ensure operational processes are carried out correctly, consistently, and in compliance with internal policies.
• Manage internal and external communication with stakeholders (suppliers, building managers, and internal staff).
• Monitor and analyze the area's performance indicators, proposing improvement actions.
• Execute Accounts Payable banking transactions, including transfers, reconciliations, payments, and month-end closings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area's operational workflows and controls.
