Jobtailor is seeking a skilled analyst to work with our clients on legal process implementation. You will understand workflows, document business rules, and configure systems to mirror the agreed processes. You will also analyze Excel-based data migrations, and train office staff to use the new system effectively.

The role requires a law background with experience in law firms or corporate legal departments, plus strong proficiency in Excel and Word within the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualificações

• Law degree or equivalent with relevant legal experience.
• Experience in law firms or corporate legal departments.
• Exposure to multiple stages of legal processes and routines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Understand client workflows and requirements.
• Document the information gathered from the client, including business rules and process flowcharts (.BPM).
• Configure the system so that the business rules/workflow defined with the client are reproduced in the solution.
• Analyze Excel spreadsheets, since data to be migrated is received in that format.
• Deliver training to qualify office staff in the use of the system.
• Monitor system usage by users in order to resolve questions and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related fields;
• Previous experience in law firms or corporate legal departments;
• Experience across different stages of legal processes and routines, demonstrating a broad operational perspective;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and Word.
