In a nutshell

Eurofins develops in-house software applications to support laboratories globally. Our clinical diagnostic services perform hundreds of thousands of tests daily, utilizing technology for planning and organization.

What business will you support?

We are developing eLIMS-NG, the Eurofins Laboratory Information Management System - Next Generation, a comprehensive suite of tools for our testing laboratories worldwide.

How can you help us?

As a Junior Software Developer, you will contribute to delivering high-quality software, building delivery pipelines, and embracing test automation and continuous delivery in an Agile environment. You will support and review code from other developers and build strong relationships within the Eurofins IT community.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering and maintaining high-quality software, including analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, operation, and support.
• Following Agile practices and Eurofins SDLC guidelines.
• Collaborating with users and stakeholders to design suitable software and features.
• Building relationships within the IT community and with internal customers.
• Supporting, coaching, and reviewing code from other developers.

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

• Minimum 1 year of experience developing solutions using .NET (C#) and Angular.
• Understanding of software design principles.
• Knowledge of n-tier architecture, test-driven development, and test automation.
• Experience with full-stack development, frontend and backend technologies.
• Good understanding of relational databases (MS SQL).
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Familiarity with software implementation best practices (e.g., SOLID).
• Ability to solve technical problems related to the codebase.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good English communication skills (written and oral); knowledge of another language is a plus.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, Hybrid Work.
