Ingrain Systems Inc seeks a Mid-Senior level HR Manager to lead strategic human resources initiatives. The role, focusing on IT, requires strong expertise in JAVA and Spring-boot, as well as experience with high-performance REST APIs within a hybrid cloud environment. This exciting remote opportunity involves on-call shifts but is supported by an internationally distributed team during business hours.

Location: Remote

Strong JAVA/Spring-boot is required in addition to experience in building and interacting with high performance REST APIs in a cloud agnostic environment. Additionally, we leverage Data Streaming Platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ) extensively and build/support relational and document databases (postGres, Mongo) to back our services.

On-call shifts are required but with the exception of weekends our internationally distributed team ensures the shifts are during business hours.

Experience integrating with Email, SMS and Push notification providers is a benefit but not necessary.
