As a Junior Recruitment & Selection Analyst, you will be responsible for carrying out the complete recruitment and selection cycle for vacancies at various levels, within the scope and routines established within the RPO program. The goal is to make the Talent Acquisition area a structure with well-defined processes and comprehensive R&S intelligence.

• ITA interview will be in English, only apply if you are comfortable communicating and interviewing in English.

• Recruitment & Selection Assistant
• Jr, Intermediate and Senior R&S Analyst

Main Responsibilities

• Execute the entire recruitment process, from aligning vacancies with the manager to closing the process with the candidate accepting the offer, using control and monitoring methodologies.
• Support the improvement of the client's R&S strategies by presenting new concepts innovatively.
• Increase internal customer (Hiring Manager) satisfaction by organizing and planning structured selection processes.
• Enhance candidate satisfaction through constant communication and feedback during the selection process.
• Preserve the client's employer brand via Employer Branding actions and aligning the selection process with the company's values.

Experience

• At least 1 year experience in recruitment

Technical knowledge

• Experience with Recruitment & Selection: 1 year
