Jobtailor is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to map client legal processes, analyze workflows, and support operational improvements through data-driven insights.

You will work to understand law firm and legal department operations, focusing on deadlines, publications, notices, and case tracking, while identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Law, completed or in progress
• Experience in legal operations control
• Knowledge of law firm and/or legal department routines
• Knowledge of deadline management, legal publications, service of process, and notices
• Knowledge of litigation workflows and related routines
• Interest in Legal Operations and technology applied to the legal field
• Basic Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with legal management systems
• Preferred: experience with legal management systems
• Preferred: knowledge of KPIs, data analysis, and dashboards
• Preferred: basic knowledge of process management or process mapping
• Preferred: experience with legal process implementation or improvement projects
• English and/or Spanish proficiency is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Support the assessment and mapping of clients' legal processes, workflows, and routines
• Develop an understanding of law firm and legal department operations, particularly those related to legal operations control
• Analyze workflows related to legal publications, service of process, notices, deadline management, calendars, and case tracking
• Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, automation, and increased operational efficiency
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational and legal data
• Support the development and monitoring of KPIs, controls, and dashboards
• Prepare reports, presentations, analyses, and action plans
• Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams, supporting the understanding of business needs and monitoring initiatives
• Track action plans, activities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Support the implementation, adoption, and enhancement of technology solutions applied to legal management
• Work collaboratively with the Product, Projects, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Contribute to Legal Operations, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives for clients
