Qualificações

Prior experience in a back-office role (preferred but not required).
Availability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Willingness to work night and weekend shifts.
Back-office experience preferred.
Strong critical thinking and research skills.

Responsabilidades

Collect and analyze key information in accordance with regulations.
Assist customers with the KYC process.
Approve withdrawal requests concerning document verification.
Review and enhance previous data entries for accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Handle and share sensitive information appropriately.
Ensure compliance with AML laws and regulations.
Identify and address potential fraud alerts.
Maintain and update the customer database.

Let's start with the role

The Know Your Customer (KYC) Department is an integral part of our Client Operations Division. As a Junior KYC Agent, you will play a crucial role in verifying and authenticating the identities of clients to mitigate risks related to fraud, money laundering, and other illicit activities. Your work will involve carefully reviewing and validating customer‑provided documentation, conducting thorough background assessments, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.

As a Junior KYC Agent, you will:

Collect and analyze key information in accordance with the regulations of the competent auditing authorities;
Assist customers with the KYC process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience;
Approve withdrawal requests concerning document verification;
Review and enhance previous data entries for accuracy;
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to customer identification or withdrawal;
Work closely with team/shift leader and colleagues across various departments;
Handle and share sensitive information appropriately and confidentially;
Ensure compliance with AML (Anti‑Money Laundering) laws and regulations;
Identify and address potential fraud alerts promptly and effectively;
Maintain and update the customer database with precision and care.
