As a Junior Human Resources Business Partner at BairesDev, you will support the HR team in delivering value-added services to management and employees. You'll assist in developing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, help resolve employee relations issues, and gain experience in various HR functions while working closely with senior team members.

What You Will Do:

1. Provide support for HR initiatives and programs aligned with organizational goals.
2. Assist in employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
3. Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members.
4. Help collect and analyze HR data for reporting and decision-making.
5. Participate in performance management and development initiatives.
6. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.

What we are looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in Human Resources roles.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and procedures.
• Understanding of basic employment laws and regulations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good level of English.
