• Support the monitoring and updating of Information Security policies, standards, and procedures
• Assist with tracking document and record review deadlines for the department
• Support Information Security awareness campaigns, including training, internal communications, and educational initiatives
• Consolidate information and metrics related to risk, compliance, and Information Security
• Assist with monitoring internal and external audits by organizing requested evidence and documentation
• Support the monitoring of action plans, nonconformities, and audit recommendations
• Contribute to maintaining and updating the Information Security risk matrix
• Support risk and control assessments related to suppliers and third parties
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and management materials
• Support the collection, analysis, and organization of data to inform departmental decision-making

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field
• Basic or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track activities and deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in developing knowledge of Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security
• Academic knowledge of or exposure to Information Security topics
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Knowledge of risk management, auditing, internal controls, or compliance
• Participation in projects, courses, or activities related to Technology or Information Security
• English proficiency for reading technical materials
