Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist who is eager to learn and advance their career. In this role, you will work closely with our senior data scientists and clients to build, analyze, and deploy data-driven models that power automation and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Wrangling & Exploration: Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various sources for analysis.
2. Model Development: Assist in building and testing predictive models using Python and popular machine learning libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
3. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams—including AI engineers, software developers, and project managers—to design and implement data-driven solutions.
4. Data Pipelines: Help develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
5. Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and other statistical methods to derive actionable insights.
6. Deployment & Monitoring: Contribute to deploying models into production environments, using containerization tools such as Docker.
7. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements, present findings, and deliver tailored solutions.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest data science trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our methodologies and products.

Qualifications

1. 2-3 years of experience with Python programming for data analysis or related fields.
2. Familiarity with key data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and basic knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
3. Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
4. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
6. Advanced to fluent English —essential for interacting with global clients and colleagues.
