Lenovo Brazil is seeking a data analytics specialist to leverage Data Analytics, Machine Learning and AI across Services processes. You will collect, cleanse, analyze data and build dashboards, reports, automations and exploratory analyses to drive informed decisions.

The role requires intermediate/advanced English, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and a commitment to data quality, governance and continuous improvement. Lenovo offers a dynamic environment and inclusive culture.

Qualificações

• Experience applying Data Analytics, ML and AI to business processes.
• Ability to develop dashboards, reports, automations and exploratory analysis.
• English level is intermediate/advanced.

Description and Requirements

General Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply Data Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, and other innovative technologies within Services processes
• Perform data collection, cleansing, analysis, and interpretation
• Support the structuring of AI/Data Science use cases (business case, ROI, impact)
• Develop dashboards, reports, automations, and exploratory analysis
• Document analytical processes, models, and data flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead or support training sessions and awareness initiatives on Data and AI usage
• Act as a data-driven culture evangelist, promoting best practices

Position responsibilities

• Support the development of analyses and models under supervision
• Perform data preparation and cleaning (data wrangling)
• Develop analytical projects
• Document activities and processes
• Apply Data Science and AI tools and methodologies
• Support operational demands of the area
• Intermediate/Avanced English level required.
