Lenovo is seeking an Android developer in Brazil to build, deploy and evolve Android applications within a hybrid work setup. You will define software architectures, review code, and contribute to development standards while collaborating with global teams.

The ideal candidate has deep Android experience, MVVM/Clean Architecture knowledge, and proficiency in modern Android toolchains. Fluency in English is required, and the position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to work on

Qualificações

Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, implement and/or modifies Android applications.
• Define and evolve software architectures.
• Conduct technical reviews and code reviews.
• Support the definition of development standards and best practices.

Key Requirements

• Experience with Android Application Development and its core internal components.
• Knowledge of Software Architecture, specifically MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Dependency Injection, Modularization and integration with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of AI tools used to support software development.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Android Profiler, memory leaks, and crash investigation.
• Experience with Jenkins, Gerrit, and Continuous Integration (CI).
• Knowledge of Android internal architecture (AOSP).
• Participation in Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) projects.
• Experience working on global products and internationally distributed teams.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
