Jobtailor in Brazil (São Paulo) is seeking a data analyst focused on billing, revenue and operations. The role involves turning data into actionable insights and maintaining KPI dashboards to guide leadership decisions.

Responsibilities include automating reports, ensuring data quality, and supporting digital transformation initiatives to drive efficiency and scalable analytics.

Qualificações

• Advanced Excel proficiency with PivotTables, formulas and dashboards.
• Experience with BI tools and building dashboards (Power BI or similar).
• Experience in data analysis and building indicators/KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Strong data interpretation and insight communication skills.
• Knowledge of English or Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of back-office routines (billing, revenue, accounting) is a plus.
