Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a detail-oriented administrator to support marketing's administrative, financial and operational routines. You will help maintain budget governance, process invoices, and liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure expenses stay within the budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong data analysis skills, including SQL, Excel, and Advanced Power BI, to generate KPIs and drive budgeting accuracy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with data analysis, SQL and generating KPIs/metrics.
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, chart creation, spreadsheet optimization).
• Advanced Power BI.
