Requirements

• Familiarity with monitoring communication metrics and KPIs
• Knowledge of planning and tracking requests and projects
• Analytical mindset for collecting, organizing, and interpreting data
• Experience with or knowledge of preparing reports and presentations
• Ability to organize and prioritize activities while tracking multiple requests simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative and proactive profile, with an interest in continuous learning and process improvement
• Knowledge of Excel and presentation tools is a plus
