Let's start with the role

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our #oneTeam in São Paulo. You will perform basic accounting duties such as bookkeeping, bank transactions, reconciliations, and monitoring vendor balances and accruals through monthly reconciliations.

As an Accounting Analyst, you will:

• Manage bookkeeping for vendor transactions, bank transactions, and account updates.
• Monitor vendor balances and accruals, ensuring accurate monthly reconciliations.
• Reconcile transactions, maintain databases, and verify data accuracy.
• Provide precise reports on posted transactions.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end closing processes.
• Handle ad hoc requests and participate in projects as needed.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or tax within a corporate international environment; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central/Navision is advantageous.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, with innovative thinking skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for communication with regional and global stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
