Customertimes is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong data background to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing data source mappings, building dashboards in Power BI, and conducting workshops to gather requirements. Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and Databricks is highly valued. Fluency in English is required.

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
• Experience conducting workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Ability to lead meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong SQL writing for data extraction and analysis.
• Understanding of data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse, and ETL concepts.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and BI tools.
• Data visualization experience with Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Background in Pharma or HLS industry-related projects.

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong data background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring seamless communication between both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position requires proficiency in data analysis and SQL, as well as experience with Power BI. Experience in the Pharma or HLS sectors is desirable.
