NORVEXA PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support and maintain our IT infrastructure in the Região Norte region.

The role requires 2–5 years of IT support experience, solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. You will work on-site and collaborate with vendors as needed.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT support / helpdesk experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• Familiar with hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line IT support to employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and system permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365, email and collaboration tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records.
• Assist with system upgrades, software installation and IT projects.
• Monitor basic network and system performance.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
• Maintain IT documentation and troubleshooting records.
