Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a Technical Operations professional to deploy solutions across regional facilities, support hardware and enterprise apps, and collaborate with global teams to ensure robust IT infrastructure.

The role requires proactive problem-solving and travel within the region to support on-site needs. The candidate should have 2+ years in networking, Windows/Linux/Mac support, and relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, AWS).

Qualificações

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP)
• 2+ years of corporate OS support (Windows, Mac, Linux)
• 2+ years of maintaining a corporate network environment
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), AWS, or related

• Provide expert technical support across multiple facilities
• Deliver remote assistance to distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient IT solutions and processes
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures

Customer Support & Collaboration

• Partner with leadership and teams to enhance IT infrastructure
• Provide expert technical support across multiple facilities
• Deliver remote assistance to distributed teams
• Travel within region to support on‑site needs as required

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi‑user high availability environment experience
• 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer networking experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
