Main Activities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand commercial, Van Sales, and Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, goals, and challenges.
• Design and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives and long-term vision.
• Conduct industry research, trend analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation.
• Define a digital transformation roadmap, set priorities, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
• Evaluate current commercial and GTM processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Leverage technologies such as customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation tools, and data analytics to optimize workflows and accelerate sales cycles.
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital transformation projects across Türkiye operations.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with the company’s commercial and GTM objectives.
• Advocate for and implement tools and solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and foster business growth.
• Analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions and recommendations for further improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related area.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Living in Bandırma or willing to relocate.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in C# and Python programming languages (desirable).
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Preferably SAP knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Skilled in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
