Keep Simple is seeking an experienced IT Project and Delivery Manager to lead global, business-facing and technology initiatives in a large financial services organization. This 100% remote Brazil-based role requires strong delivery discipline across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid models, with responsibility from chartering to production deployment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications for international projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as IT Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Experience delivering business-facing technical projects in international enterprise environments.
• Expertise across Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience in project planning, financial management, resource management, risk management, production change, and release management.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and technology delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

We are seeking experienced andversatile IT Project and Delivery Managers to lead business-facing andtechnology initiatives in a global environment.

This is a generalist deliveryrole that may combine Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Scrum Master responsibilities,depending on the initiative. The successful candidate must be comfortableworking with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models and managing projectsfrom chartering, planning, all the way through production deployment(s).

Therole requires strong ownership of delivery fundamentals including scope,schedule, financials, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholdercommunication, production change and release management. Fluent English ismandatory, including the ability to lead complex discussions in real time.Proven experience working with international and multicultural teams isrequired.

Key Responsibilities

Project and Delivery Management:

• Leadbusiness-facing and technology projects from initiation through delivery,transition, and closure;
• Defineand maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets,risks, dependencies, and status reports;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, includingbusiness, engineering, infrastructure, security, quality assurance, operations,and external partners;
• Maintaindelivery momentum, drive actions to completion, and ensure clear ownership andaccountability;
• Communicateproject status, risks, decisions, financial impacts, and required actions tostakeholders and senior leaders.

Waterfall, Agile,and Hybrid Delivery:

• Lead initiatives end-to-end, applying theappropriate delivery approach — Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), or Hybrid —based on initiative complexity, risk, and business needs;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies when applicable,including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlogrefinement;
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts,Sponsors, and Technical Leads to structure and sequence delivery intomanageable increments – phases, releases, epics and tasks – aligned to teamobjectives and delivery methodology.

Financial, Risk,and Resource Management:

• Manageproject budgets, forecasts, resource hours, fixed bid costs, accruals, andfinancial variances within Microsoft Project Server.
• Identifyand manage risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and cross-teamdependencies.
• Escalateblockers, resource constraints, and critical decisions proactively.
• Supportresource planning, onboarding, allocation, and transition activities.

Change, Release, and Production Management:

• Coordinateproduction release and change process within ServiceNow and handle day-ofrelease coordination with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment;
• Ensurethat testing, approvals, documentation, communication, support plans, andoperational handovers are completed;
• Supportcutover planning, go-live coordination, hypercare, and transition tooperations;
• Ensurealignment with Software Development Lifecycle, security, compliance, changemanagement standards.

Stakeholder Communication and Leadership:

• Leadcomplex business and technical discussions with global stakeholders;
• Prepare clear and concise updates for projectteams, senior management, and steering committees;
• Facilitatedecision-making by presenting facts, options, trade-offs, and recommendations;
• Buildalignment across teams and hold stakeholders accountable for commitments;
• Promotecollaboration, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements and skills

• 5 ormore years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Delivery Manager, ProgramManager, or Scrum Master;
• Provenexperience delivering business-facing technical projects in internationalenterprise environments;
• Expertise across Waterfall, Agile (Scrum,Kanban) and Hybrid iterative delivery models;
• Experiencein project planning, financial management, resource management, riskmanagement, production change, and release management;
• Strongunderstanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and technology deliveryprocesses;
• Strongleadership, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, andproblem-solving skills;
• Abilityto independently lead complex discussions, provide recommendations, and drivedecisions and actions;
• Experiencewith tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project / Project Server, Confluence,ServiceNow or equivalent;
• FluentEnglish, both written and spoken;
• Proven experience working with global,multicultural, and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experiencein insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry;
• Experiencewith business transformation, managed services, or service transitioninitiatives;
• PMP,PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification;
• Experienceworking with multi-squad delivery models, vendors, or globally distributedpartners;
• Familiaritywith portfolio governance, compliance, security, audit, and enterprisetechnology controls.

Education:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, ProjectManagement, or a related field is preferred;
• Relevant professional experience may beconsidered in place of a specific academic background.
