Job summary

LSG Sky Chefs group busca um Gerente de Projetos de TI para conduzir a transição rumo a uma organização de TI independente. Você liderará iniciativas globais, estabelecendo governança, stakeholder engagement e controle de custos para alcançar o novo modelo operacional.

É essencial experiência em projetos de TI de ciclo completo, com foco em integração, arquitetura de TI, desenho de soluções e mudanças organizacionais. Fluência em PT, ES e EN é requerida.

Qualifications

• Experiência em liderar programas de TI com foco em transição e carve-out.
• Habilidade de alinhar projetos com estratégias de negócio e governança.
• Capacidade de gerir múltiplos stakeholders, incluindo Board e terceiros.
• Proatividade para identificar dependências, riscos e controles RAID.
• Fluência em inglês, espanhol e português.

Responsibilities

• Conduzir a transição para uma organização de TI independente, coordenando iniciativas globais.
• Estabelecer governança de programa, dependências e marcos, controlando escopo e cronograma.
• Custear e acompanhar custos de projetos, além de necessidades de staffing.
• Comunicar-se com stakeholders internos e externos e com a diretoria.

Mission: As the IT Project Manager your leadership will be instrumental in orchestrating our transition to a stand‑alone IT organization. Collaborating closely with LSG’s global IT community you'll drive all activities and projects to enable reaching our target operating model. The PM is a collaborator and leader who will bring people together to drive solutions and answers.

Stand‑alone IT Project Management

• Identify and manage IT transition activities/projects globally at all stages throughout the transition lifecycle executed by the LSG Group.
• Establish transition program governance to control internal and external cross project dependencies, overall program milestones and RAID.
• Manage baselines and process changes to program/project scope and timeline.
• Establish appropriate communication to all stakeholder of the transition (incl. Business, Board, IT and external provider)
• Overview and manage costs for all projects related to transition.
• Identify staffing need for project roles as well as coordination and controlling of external support.
• Ensure complete transition of services to LSG IT operation incl. processes, assets, support processes and documentation and potentially staff/provider.

IT Strategy and Portfolio Management (jointly with IT Director)

• Create, shape, and position the IT Target Operating Model (IT TOM) of LSG during the transition into a standalone IT organization.
• Establish and shape IT support organization to be able to operate all future IT services.
• Set-up a strategic IT portfolio and demand management to ensure focus on the value creation plans and alignment with the business requirements towards IT.
• Identify value creation and IT optimization potential and support global initiatives on the growth mission.

• Experience in running complex, full-lifecycle IT projects in complex and challenging operating environments. (IT carve-out management experience is preferred.)
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with business process mapping in the aviation or catering industry.
• Good understanding and experience in business process mapping, IT architecture, IT Solution design and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in change management and persistence in implementing measures.
• Strong leadership, managerial skills, and the ability to create an inspiring work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both for detailed work and presenting to top management.
• Outstanding people skills and ability to build respectful relationships with all levels of staff.
• Experience to lead and engage with project owners, project managers, third parties’ business, and system architects.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and communicate commitment.
• Ability to handle changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and use good judgment in stressful situations; ability to take on-time decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
