Jobtailor is seeking an IT Asset Management professional in Barueri, Brazil, to administer corporate assets, maintain CMDB data, and ensure accurate reconciliation of physical and system records. The role covers lifecycle tracking, cost reporting, and contract management in a hybrid on-site/work-from-office setup.

You will work with ITIL-aligned processes, leverage ServiceNow/Snipe-IT/GLPI/Jira, and support audits while driving process improvements and governance for asset disposal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in IT asset management, inventory, and asset control.
• Strong Excel data processing, dashboards, and formulas.
• Experience with ITSM and CMDB tools (ServiceNow, Snipe-IT, GLPI, Jira).
• Knowledge of ITIL Asset and Configuration Management.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and manage corporate technology and infrastructure assets.

• Reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Monitor the equipment lifecycle from acquisition through disposal.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards on installed base, costs, depreciation, and contracts.
• Track warranty periods, maintenance contracts, and software licensing.
• Support internal and external audits related to asset management and compliance.
• Participate in defining asset control, labeling, and naming standards.
• Support field teams and projects with equipment movement and tracking requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes.
• Review and implement governance and sustainability policies for equipment disposal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in IT asset management, inventory, and asset control
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data processing, dashboards, and formulas
• Experience with ITSM and CMDB tools (ServiceNow, Snipe-IT, GLPI, Jira, etc.)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Asset and Configuration Management
• Availability to work on-site/hybrid in Barueri, São Paulo
• Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Demonstrates expertise in IT Asset Management and Inventory Control, with strong capabilities in data processing and reporting using Excel. Familiar with ITIL processes and experienced in utilizing ITSM and CMDB tools to enhance asset governance and compliance.
