About the Role: This position is 100% on-site. Our office is located in Pinheiros-SP.

We're looking for an IT & Office Infrastructure Specialist who can master the complexity of a modern, hybrid work environment. You'll architect and manage enterprise-grade networks, automate workstation deployments, oversee inventory logistics, integrate smart building systems, and ensure the security of our office footprint — all while keeping operations fast, safe, and scalable. If you're passionate about blending infrastructure, automation, and physical security into a seamless ecosystem, this is your arena.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Configure and maintain enterprise Wi-Fi networks with 802.1X authenticated DHCP, ensuring secure access segregation.
2. Monitor network performance, capacity plan for peak office usage, and troubleshoot connectivity issues proactively.
3. Design and maintain structured cabling systems for reliability and future scalability.
4. Manage on-site firewall configurations to protect office network perimeters.
5. Lead PXE boot and preseed automation for fast and standardized OS deployments.
6. Create and maintain golden images for Linux, macOS, and Windows endpoints.
7. Integrate automated post-install scripts to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
8. Maintain a real-time, centralized asset inventory covering workstations, peripherals, servers, and mobile devices.
9. Manage the logistics of hardware deployment and retrieval, ensuring accountability.
10. Administer API-integrated smart locks and access control systems.
11. Operate and maintain AI-powered security camera systems for personnel detection and incident monitoring.
12. Support office printing solutions and display/monitor setups for workstations and meeting rooms.
13. Act as initial point of contact for office-related security incidents, coordinating with Security & Governance team.
14. Document processes and maintain a knowledge base for internal use.

What You Need To Succeed

1. Strong understanding of enterprise networking, Wi-Fi 802.1X authentication, DHCP management, VLAN segmentation, and firewall configuration.
2. Experience with PXE-based deployments, preseed/kickstart automation, and golden image maintenance.
3. Confident managing Linux, macOS, and Windows environments in an enterprise setting.
4. Hands-on experience integrating and managing IoT and access control systems via APIs.
5. Proven ability to implement and manage comprehensive IT asset inventories and logistics.
6. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues with minimal supervision.
7. A proactive attitude towards security in both physical and digital spaces.
8. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Security, Facilities, and HR.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with cloud infrastructure management and integration with on-premises systems.
2. Background in network security auditing or penetration testing.
3. Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
4. Experience with containerization and virtualization technologies.
5. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
