Job summary

NETZSCH Group in Curitiba, Brazil, seeks an IT Demand Manager to establish a structured, transparent process for capturing and evaluating business requirements across all Business Services areas.

You will ensure high-quality demands flow into governance, moderate workshops, and guide stakeholders with professional communication and methods across international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand, portfolio, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Capture, evaluate, and manage business requirements across all Business Services areas.
• Ensure high-quality, well-prepared demands flow into portfolio and project governance.
• Support stakeholders through moderation, effective communication, and guided processes.
• Moderate demand workshops and review meetings.
• Maintain the demand database in ServiceNow SPM.
• Create dashboards, reports, and status overviews.
• Develop demand management processes, templates, and KPIs.
• Train business departments in ServiceNow SPM.
• Provide methodological responsibility for the demand management process.
• Have authority to decide on the acceptance and classification of demands; propose prioritization and rejections.

Your role as a IT Demand Manageris to ensure a structured, transparent, and strategically aligned process for capturing, evaluating, and managing business requirements across all Business Services areas. The IT Demand Manager ensures that high-quality, well-prepared demands flow into portfolio and project governance and supports stakeholders through professional moderation, efective communication, and methodical guidance.

Qualifications

• Receipt, classification, and initial evaluation of requirements from all Business Services areas;
• Ensuring completeness and quality of demand data;
• Close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT business partners, portfolio owners, and project managers;
• Moderation of demand workshops and review meetings;
• Preparation of decision templates for portfolio boards;
• Support in prioritization and strategic evaluation of demands;
• Maintenance of the demand database in ServiceNow SPM;
• Creation of dashboards, reports, and status overviews;
• Further development of demand management processes, templates, and KPIs;
• Training of business departments in the use of ServiceNow SPM;
• Methodological responsibility for the demand management process within Business Services;
• Authority to decide on the formal acceptance and classification of demands;
• Right to propose prioritization and rejection of requirements;
• Moderation authority in demand workshops and review meetings.
