Established in early 2010 by the former Global Head of M&A at Groupe Casino (1998 - 2010), Euro Latina Finance is a French truly independent financial advisory firm specialized in cross-border transactions between Europe and Latin America.

With fully operational regional offices and local teams in Paris, São Paulo, and Bogotá, Euro Latina Finance provides tailor-made M&A and strategic advice to a portfolio of international blue‑chip clients. We specialize in cross-border M&A transactions between Europe/US and Latin America ranging from US$200mm – US$1bn+, across a wide array of sectors.

Since its inception, Euro Latina Finance has advised 28 successful transactions on a total of c. 60 M&A projects, including some of the most complex, transformational, and landmark cross-border deals into/from Latin America such as the acquisition of Walmart Brasil by Advent (US/Brazil), the restructuring of Vale New Caledonia (France/Brazil) or the advisory of French industrial laundry group Elis’ on its build‑up strategy in LatAm (8 transactions of all sizes advised over 8 years).

Description of the Position:

Location: São Paulo office located in Itaim Bibi

Role: M&A Intern

The Intern will be involved in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including the following tasks: preparation of internal and client presentations (pitches, company profiles, teasers, CIM,…), participation in financial and valuation analysis, participation in meetings or calls with international clients along with the senior team from Euro Latina Finance.

Qualifications

• Full availability to work in our São Paulo office (Itaim Bibi), as this is a 100% on‑site position
• High academic credentials from a leading business and/or engineering school and/or top‑tier university
• Solid background in finance and accounting, exceptional sense of rigor and attention to details and ability to work efficiently under time pressure
• Previous experience in an IB or PE firm is a preferred qualification
• Fluency (writing, reading and speaking) in Portuguese and English (French and/or Spanish would be highly valued)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superior level of command of MS‑Office Tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint
• Expected graduation preferably between Dec/26 and Dec/27
