Job summary

Corporate Finance International (CFI) Brazil is seeking an M&A Analyst to coordinate processes, prepare databooks, and support senior bankers across multiple projects in a fast-paced, international advisory setting.

Candidate should have 4–8 years in M&A, degrees in Engineering, Business, Accounting or Economics, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Alphaville–SP availability is expected.

Your work as an M&A Analyst includes:

• Coordinate M&A processes and support the VPs and Directors, actively participating in the preparation of databooks, marketing materials, valuation, due diligence and SPA negotiation
• Development of market research and industry research reports
• Participate in pitches for new mandates
• Solve complex and strategic situations, discussing senior matters with the C-level of clients and investors
• You will actively liaise with project parties and be in direct contact with clients, banks, advisors and private equity parties.
• Maintain relationships with customers and investors, building solid long-term relationships
