BDev Ventures is seeking an Investment Associate on the sourcing team to identify and evaluate high-potential B2B software startups in LATAM. The role emphasizes building relationships, presenting opportunities, and representing the firm in the startup ecosystem.

You will source startups, engage with leadership to pursue deals, and deliver regular financial reviews. This is a 100% remote position with a strong compensation package and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in Venture Capital or with startups in adjacent industries.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; near-native English.
• Located in Brazil is nice to have.

As an Investment Associate on the sourcing team at BDev Ventures, you will join a team of startup investors and spend your time sourcing, developing relationships, and investing in top startups in LATAM. You will source great startups that fit our investment criteria, develop initial relationships, and work closely with leadership to pursue potential investment opportunities. You'll represent BDev Ventures in the startup ecosystem, building relationships and promoting our brand, while using your outstanding communication skills to present and influence internal and external stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Experience working in Venture Capital or directly with startups in an adjacent industry (e.g. accelerator).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Near Native level of English.
• Nice to have: Located in Brazil
