The program starts in January 2027, with training on Moody's methodologies and responsible AI practices to help clients navigate risk with clarity and confidence.

Skills and Competencies
Preferably 1 year of relevant experience, including internships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Knowledge of Python and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is a plus
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Education
Students expected to graduate within the next 12 months
Responsibilities
About the team
You will provide support to monitoring market developments and credit analysis of the rating process on a portfolio of financial institutions. The role provides a chance to define a contribution to the success of Moody’s Local, by providing a range of services that supplies to the credit analysis function performed by Lead Analysts. Cross-training in supporting varying asset classes, rating teams, and methodologies, as part of career progression. Background in financial institutions, accounting, and financial analysis is a plus. You will be encouraged to demonstrate your ability to work successfully in a team environment. Possess organizational skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
