Job summary

FullStack is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our talent network and work on International client projects from anywhere. You will develop and deploy AI/ML models, integrate with client teams, and optimize pipelines for reliable production performance.

You will work across cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), leverage LangChain and LLMs, and contribute to reusable libraries while following Agile practices. Advanced English is required and 40 hours/week commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• 4+ years professional AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python and ML model development background.
• Hands-on with LangChain and LLMs for production apps.
• Familiar with RAG, embeddings, and vector DBs.
• Experience deploying AI in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solid MLOps, CI/CD, and production-grade workflows.
• Able to own deliverables and work in Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and collaborate with designers/engineers daily.
• Develop and optimize AI/ML models for production use.
• Design scalable AI infrastructure across cloud platforms.
• Document architectures, decisions, and workflows for governance.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and production-grade systems.
• Identify and resolve issues, contributing to shared libraries.

The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as an AI Machine Learning Engineer.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience developing and optimizing AI/ML models using Python and frameworks like LangChain.
• Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and the latest trends in generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Solid experience integrating and deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Ability to design and maintain scalable, reliable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong skills in documenting AI/ML workflows, architectural decisions, and best practices.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining production-grade AI systems.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
