- We are seeking an Oracle Integrations Analyst with experience in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes and modules, including AP, AR, G/L, Cash Management, Order Management, and Inventory, particularly in implementing ONESOURCE ORACLE Integration and financial add-ons for ORACLE Fusion Cloud ERP. This role involves defining the next generation of tax interfaces with Oracle products and supporting our ONESOURCE Integrations for Oracle suite.
- You will analyze, develop solutions, and provide workarounds for customer-reported issues, leveraging domain expertise in tax scenarios and integration of ONESOURCE Indirect Tax with Oracle applications, including ERP, e-commerce, and POS systems. You'll work with diverse industries, support teams, and contribute insights to product and engineering teams.
About the Role
As an Oracle Integrations Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with customers, prospects, and Product Management to shape the future of ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Integration for Oracle, maintaining competitive differentiation.
- Analyzing existing business processes and developing strategies for improvement or expansion for enterprise markets.
- Performing detailed analysis of ONESOURCE integration with Oracle modules, especially Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, to enhance design and functionality.
- Maintaining relationships with internal teams and Oracle via the Partner Program.
- Working closely with developers, other analysts, and QA throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participating in customer meetings to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Supporting product rollouts, implementations, and customer success initiatives.
- Providing support for current products, including issue analysis, patch assessment, and work-around development.
- Offering business and data integration expertise to clients and internal teams.
- Conducting root cause analysis and system problem correlation.
The following are optional but beneficial:
- Developing and supporting system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Creating and modifying software modules, conducting unit testing, and ensuring application meets client needs.
- Providing ongoing maintenance for mainframe or client/server applications.
About You
You’re a good fit if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; accounting/finance education is a plus.
- 3-5 years of functional experience with key Oracle modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing.
- Experience with full lifecycle Oracle implementations and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Strong analytical, design, and documentation skills related to Oracle systems.
- Knowledge of financial processes across quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay functions.
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
- Experience with other ERP or eCommerce systems is advantageous.
- Technical skills in Oracle development, APIs, Webservices, XML are a plus.
