We are looking for an Integration Systems and Services Analyst reporting to the IS&T Integration Team Manager to help us support and evolve integration systems and services. In this role, you will act as a coordinator and analyst to implement the processes and tools needed to maintain and improve the availability of our services.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

  • Measure service availability (production and non-production).
  • Identify and implement necessary processes and tools.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of service maintenance tasks.
  • Develop service operationalization plans and integration platforms.
  • Conduct impact analyses. (in project / evolution mode and in operation mode)
  • Communicate and collaborate with partner teams.
