Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an experienced Institutional Development professional to lead resource mobilization and partnerships, working with the Executive Board and leadership to shape strategic guidelines, policies and governance for sustainable growth.

You will coordinate with communications, plan fundraising with national and international agents, ensure compliance, and translate programs into clear institutional narratives while integrating ESG and accountability.

Qualificações

  • University degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Postgraduate specialization in sustainability, governance or institutional relations is desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years in institutional development, partnerships or related areas.

Responsabilidades

  • Plan and implement fundraising strategies with public and private agents national and international.
  • Coordinate with governance, partnerships and relationship programs and monitor contracts.
  • Develop institutional narratives aligned with strategic guidelines and policy.
  • Collaborate with communications and marketing to prepare proposals and impact reports.
  • Integrate ESG, accountability and ethical standards into development strategies.
  • Lead strategic projects and strengthen institutional relationships across stakeholders.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications or related fields

Descrição da oferta de emprego

  • Work alongside the Executive Board, in dialogue with internal leadership and creative areas, on institutional planning, defining strategic guidelines, and formulating policies for resource mobilization, partnerships, and institutional relations.
  • Plan and implement fundraising strategies with public and private agents, both national and international, including prospecting, negotiation, formalization, monitoring of partnerships, contract management, counterpart obligations, and relationship programs such as Alumni and others to be developed.
  • Coordinate with the institution’s socio-environmental and cultural projects, as well as with prospecting, curation, programming and core areas, ensuring that institutional development strategies respect artistic, conceptual and programmatic integrity, translating projects and programs into clear, consistent and high-quality institutional narratives.
  • Develop, in partnership with the communications and marketing teams, institutional materials, proposals, presentations and impact reports, and represent the institution at strategic meetings, forums and events when requested by the Executive Board.
  • Integrate governance, ESG, diversity, equity and socio-environmental responsibility principles into institutional development strategies, ensuring compliance with current legislation, internal policies and ethical standards, and contributing to accountability and institutional transparency processes.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators and institutional intelligence tools, and work transversally with other areas, leading strategic projects aimed at institutional strengthening, innovation in partnership models, and expanding socio-cultural and environmental impact.
Requirements
  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, Social Sciences, Cultural Management, Economics, Law, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in sustainability, social impact, governance, institutional relations, cultural management or related areas is desirable.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in institutional development, resource mobilization, institutional relations, advocacy or related areas.
  • Strong interpersonal profile, with the ability to engage in qualified dialogue with diverse stakeholders, ethical and institutional conduct, clear communication, active listening, political sensitivity and capacity to build, nurture and maintain trust‑based institutional relationships.
