Jobtailor is seeking a Human Resources professional to lead cross-functional HR initiatives in attraction, development, and performance processes. The role includes diagnosing training needs, coordinating evaluations, and mapping successors to ensure organizational continuity.

The candidate will implement compensation studies, manage KPIs, and drive internal communications, contributing to a positive culture and climate aligned with the company essence.

Qualificações

• Generalist knowledge of HR subsystems.
• Knowledge of Labor Legislation.
• Knowledge in Performance Management, Leadership and Organizational Climate.
• Preferably 2 years of management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and support activities related to Attraction and Selection through employer branding strategies.
• Implement learning paths for all hierarchical levels by diagnosing and assessing training needs.
• Coordinate the execution of the Performance Evaluation process according to company methodology.
• Coordinate the People Review to map successors for strategic and tactical positions.
• Conduct studies and projects derived from Compensation, Salary and Career planning.
• Manage the area's Performance Indicators and seek improvement opportunities.
• Develop organizational Policies, Rules and Procedures related to the area.
• Manage the area budget and headcount.
• Coordinate Internal Communication based on employee experience and events calendar.
• Contribute to transformation of Culture and Climate through the company's essence.
