ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The driven and strategic Inside Sales Manager (you!) will lead the New Business team at Casamentos.com.br, focusing on acquiring and onboarding new wedding vendors across Brazil. You’ll play a critical role in helping local businesses grow by connecting them to thousands of engaged couples actively planning their big day. You'll join a passionate and collaborative LATAM sales team, working cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and operations, all while contributing to the continued expansion of the most beloved wedding platform in Brazil. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong visibility and growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, inspire and manage the performance of the Inside Sales New Business team responsible for acquiring new vendor partners across Brazil.
  • Develop and implement scalable outbound sales strategies that drive consistent pipeline growth and revenue results.
  • Monitor daily sales activity, pipeline performance, and KPIs; provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership.
  • Coach and support your team throughout the sales funnel—from prospecting to negotiation and deal closing.
  • Own hiring, onboarding, and continuous learning initiatives to foster a high-performance, engaged team culture.
  • Partner with Rev Ops to ensure data accuracy, effective use of CRM tools, and continuous process improvements.
  • Uphold and represent Casamentos.com.br’s mission to empower couples and vendors with the best tools and services for the wedding journey.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Based in Sao Paulo
  • 5+ years of B2B Inside Sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role (will be a plus), ideally in a high-velocity environment.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful new business teams focused on outbound acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset; experienced with Salesforce and data-driven performance management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for coaching, motivating, and developing others.
  • Experience working in or with SMBs, especially in the wedding, events, or hospitality industries, is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian market and fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency is required.
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach with a commitment to customer-centric sales and continuous improvement.
