AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. You will automate tooling, manage incidents, and onboard new clients while ensuring performance and reliability.

The role emphasizes observability, runbooks, and proactive capacity planning, with opportunities to work on modern solutions for Fortune 500 brands and startups.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes production experience (>=4 years).
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Debugging and troubleshooting complex systems end-to-end.
• Experience with public cloud providers, preferably Azure or AWS.

Responsabilités

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments, including automation, tooling, and incident management.

MUST HAVES

• Hands-on experience of at least 4 years operating Kubernetes in production, ideally with Service Mesh.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Confident debugging and troubleshooting complex systems, from the application layer through to lower-level infrastructure.
• Experience working with a public cloud provider, preferably Azure or AWS.

NICE TO HAVES

• Working knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and Tempo is a plus.
• Scripting or coding in Python or Java is a strong plus.
• CI/CD, infrastructure as code such as Helm or Terraform is a plus.
• Financial services background is not required.
